Position: Full-Time (At least 3-4 days during the week and Saturday availability required)
- Adult Dentistry Patient Coordinator (available position : 1)
- Pediatric Dentistry Patient Coordinator (available position : 1)
Salary: We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience and qualifications.
- Entry Level: $18-22 / Hour
- Intermediate Level (Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or medical clinic or Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field)): $23-25
- Senior Level (Requirements: Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a dental or medical clinic): $26 or higher
Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Saturday: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
Requirements: We're seeking dedicated individuals with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a warm and friendly demeanor. Attention to detail is paramount for success in these roles. While prior dental/medical experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.
Education:
- Associate degree
- Bachelor's degree
- Higher levels of education are welcome
Training: We provide comprehensive, fully paid training for candidates with no prior dental experience. Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Long-Term Commitment: We prioritize candidates interested in long-term career growth, ideally committing to at least one year with our practice.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Efficiently manage phone calls
- Schedule patient appointments
- Process payments accurately
- Verify insurance benefits and allowances
- Confirm patient appointments
- Uphold exceptional patient satisfaction standards
- Maintain cleanliness in waiting areas and clinic rooms
