SalaryFront Office/Patient Coordinator needed for our private practice in Coppell, Texas.
Job Duties will include:
- Check in / Check out
- Answer phones
- Collect payments
- Review treatment plans and schedule treatment
- Fill hygiene schedule
- File claims with dental insurance
- Occasionally verify insurance policy details
- Keep up with email inbox
- Send referrals and communicate with specialists
- Check in lab cases

Expectations:
Our office is heavily involved in PPOs, but transitioning to some out-of-network relationships. Knowledge of dental insurance, including verification, is a must.
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8 am to 4 pm, with our morning huddle at 7:40. Team members are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the huddle to be prepared for the day.
All seriously considered candidates will be required to participate in shadow or working interview days to be sure we are the right fit for each other!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
