SalaryWe are growing and looking for a Front Desk/Patient coordinator for Johnson Oral Facial Surgery. We are a specialized high end private practice that serves Park Cities and Dallas. Our practice serves patients every day, and the Front Desk/Patient Coordinator position is an integral part of our team. We work hard 4.5 days a week and our office team is like a family.
The Front Desk/Patient coordinator individual greets our patients, verifies insurance benefits and discusses treatment plans with our patients. You must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and respectfully with our patients that predominately live in Park Cities and surrounding ares. You will be a point of contact between referring offices. Must be Fluent in English with proper grammar.
We have very low turn over and are very selective with our team!!! We want someone that is looking for an opportunity longterm and be a part of the Johnson Oral Facial Surgery Family.
Professional office environment and Front Desk experience required. Job Duties and Expectations:
- General opening procedures for the office.
- Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
- Checks patients in and verify insurance information
- Presents Treatment plans and discusses payments with patients
- Communicates Patient's treatments with referring offices.
- Promptly answers incoming phone callas, schedule appointments, and works closely with the Patient Coordinator and Office Manager.
- Collect Patient Registration forms and integrate into our software.
- Maintain a comforting atmosphere and professional clean appearance.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/delivers.
- Prepare daily close out reports for Office Manager.
- Assists with any additional tasks with team as necessary.
