We are a well-established clinic that offers chiropractic, rehab, massage, assisted stretching, and yoga.
Responsibilities
· Ensure clients have an exceptional customer service experience
· Engage with clients to fill the schedule for the different providers
· Greet clients/check-in/check-out/schedule
· Answer phone and text messages with excellent etiquette and communication skills
· Verify insurance and collect copays/other payments
· Use electronic health records and other software programs
· Communicate with insurance companies and lawyers
· Verify all paperwork is ready and complete for client appointments
· Assist with cleaning, trash, and other general office duties
Requirements
· 1-year experience in a medical setting as a receptionist/Front Desk/office administrator or similar (a bachelor’s degree can substitute for experience)
· Outgoing personality, great interpersonal and communication skills
· Must be able to multitask while providing excellent customer service to our patients
· Strong organization skills and very detail oriented
· Looking for a long-term position

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
