SalaryWe are seeking a friendly front office team member at our office. We are specialized in Orthodontics - the practice is fully digitized and paperless.
- Experience in orthodontics or dentistry is not required.
- We are willing to train the right person.
- Background checks will be completed and references will be verified.
- Applicants MUST live within 15 miles of office location (League City/Pearland)
Qualified candidates must possess:

- Computer literate

- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Primarily Front Desk, however you will receive some basic cross training as well.
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering telephone calls
- Verifying Insurance
- Processing payments
- Presenting Treatment Plans
- Keeping work area neat and organized
- Represent practice in a professional manner
- Assist doctor and help with sterilization as needed
- Marketing
