Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Our multi-doctor general dental office in Clayton is looking for someone special to complete our team. We are in search of a full-time Patient Coordinator with a positive outlook, outgoing and upbeat personality and a warm smile that’s ready to greet patients at all times. Our ideal candidate will work well within our team, demonstrate excellent patient care, have clear and precise patient communication, be able to multi-task & prioritize tasks, enjoy exceeding daily goals, be dependable, have a strong work ethic and positive attitude! Engaging with patients & staff is a large part of this position-excellent communication skills is a must! Dental experience is required, Eaglesoft experience is preferred.

The job would entail many areas of our front office, including but not limited to:

• greeting patients with a warm and inviting smile
• reviewing treatment plans, present financial co-payments to patients for upcoming procedures & consent forms & reviewing patient's dental benefits with them
• collect payments at the time of service and/or offering other financial options such as Care Credit
• answering the phone/text messages/emails throughout the day
• scheduling preventative and operative appointments & managing the schedule ensuring that providers are scheduled at or above goal each day
• following up with patients regarding treatment or appointment needs.

Our office is open Monday-Thursday 7a-5p & Friday 8a-2p.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
