Patient Care Coordinator

Triad Pelvic Health PT is hiring an energetic, detail-oriented, Patient Care Coordinator for our growing private practice. It is a fun and busy place, so we're looking for our next rockstar team member! Our patient load is predominantly women, but we also serve men and folks across the gender spectrum. (If you're not enthusiastic about this, read no further). This position will be primarily focused on our PT practice, but we are also home to a Pediatric PT, Lactation Consultant, Massage Therapist, and Doula.

Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the clinic
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage schedule changes and openings
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Process patient billing and manage clinic metrics
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up appointments
- Assist patients with questions or concerns regarding their care
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Help wipe down tables between patients and wash/fold laundry

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using phone systems and electronic medical records software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (we will provide specific-training)
- Ability to work well with a proactive, joyful attitude in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
