Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk

Our Practice is looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! Experience in all aspects of dentistry and Dental Insurance verification is preferred.

Your responsibilities:

· Answer phones and manage provider schedules.

· Make patient appointments.

· Collect payments and input them into our system.

· Obtain and verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility.

· Greet and check in and our patients, upholding to our patient experience standards.

· Present and explain treatment plans to patients and go over the cost for each procedure.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.68 per hour
