SalaryPatient Care Coordinator position assists our clinical and billing staff with operation of a busy audiology clinic. The ideal candidate for this position will have solid communication skills, an understanding of the medical field, and will be willing to support our team and patients in any way possible in our Greenville, NC location.
Responsibilities:
- Verify patient eligibility for services.
- Work with patients to schedule appointments and answer questions regarding services.
- Maintain and update a database of patient information.
- Monitor appointment availability.
- Facilitate communication between staff and audiologists.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email and fax with patients and other healthcare offices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
