Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a smile and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in patients for their appointments and update necessary information in the electronic health record system
- Schedule patient appointments
- Collect money owed at time of service
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquires promptly and professionally
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in coordinating referrals and managing patient follow-up appointments
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare financial reports for management
- Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding their appointments, treatments, and financial responsibilities
- Follow up with patients with appointment reminders
- Address patient concerns or inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:

Team member will work 4 days a week from 8am-5pm and 1 day from 8am-2pm
