Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Job Summary:

Established dental practice seeking an organized and experienced Front Desk Patient Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk area
- Greet patients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing processes

- Review treatment plans with patients and discuss payment options

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office setting (prefer 2+ years)
- Proficiency in dental software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of dental procedure codes
