We are looking for someone like you to join our team! As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for following up with pre-qualified sales leads to close the sale (No cold calling is involved).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and field inbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Present and promote products/services to drive sales and meet targets.
- Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- This is a Work From Home Position, Candidates must have the following technology
