What You'll Do: As the heartbeat of our office, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring their experience is as smooth as a well-tailored sock! Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients with a warm smile and making them feel at ease
• Efficiently managing appointment scheduling and reminders
• Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with a caring touch
• Coordinating patient paperwork and ensuring accuracy
• Taking payments, and answer questions about patient balances.
• Call insurance companies to verify deductibles, pre-approve procedures, and other insurance related questions.
• Collaborating with our fantastic team to keep the office running like a well-oiled machine

• Previous experience in a medical office or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay: $20.00 per hour
