SalarySearching for the perfect Front Desk Coordinator as an addition to our amazing team! We desire a friendly person that has a deep understanding of delivering excellent customer service 100% of the time. A positive attitude is a must! Experience at a busy Front Desk, preferably in an orthodontic practice is ideal, but we don’t want to miss out on the perfect candidate if you have not worked in orthodontics. Building rapport with patients is very important at our practice! You need to be able to serve our patients while completing daily tasks efficiently. Being a problem solver and solution driven person is important in this position. Attention to detail, prioritizing tasks and focus on managing patient flow are also assets. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Our office is open Monday - Thursday. We have 2 locations (Lake Forest and Gurnee)
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in patients for their appointments
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule patient appointments
- Taking and entering payments
- Verifying and updating patient information
- Entering information into patients chart from other dental providers
- Sending out communication to referring Doctors.
- Insurance Verification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week
