Responsibilities that Make a Difference
Your role will involve a mix of tasks, combining sales and patient relations:
- Engagingly sell memberships and process transactions using our point-of-sale software
- Warmly greet patients and assist with necessary paperwork
- Educate patients about our wellness offerings and services
- Efficiently manage patient flow and maintain clinic organization
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and excellent Customer Service
- Collaborate with a fun and fast-paced team to create a positive clinic environment
- Participate in marketing and sales efforts to attract new patients
- Ensure patient satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
The Keys to Success
To excel in this role, we're looking for individuals with the following attributes:
- At least one year of prior sales experience
- Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills
- A cheerful personality and a winning attitude
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to follow directions
- Proficiency in computer and phone usage
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Physical capability to stand and/or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

In Arkansas, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Washington, The Joint Corp. and its franchisees provide management services to affiliated professional chiropractic practices.
