Dental Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator

We are an actively growing fully digital practice looking to add a front desk / Treatment Coordinator to our newly renovated office in Wheeling. This position is mainly for the front desk, but knowledge and experience in the back as a previous dental assistant is a plus because on occasion some help is required in the clinical parts of the practice. This is a part time position with an opportunity to grow into a full time position. We have a great team in place and looking to add someone who is reliable, energetic, and possesses a great team player attitude. Job duties include:

Greet patients when they arrive at the dentist's office

Schedule appointments for patients

Submit patient claims to insurance companies

Insurance verification and fax backs

Keep track of office supplies and place orders for more supplies when necessary

Perform basic accounting tasks such as taking patient payments and preparing billing statements

Prepare patient treatment plans and present financials to patients

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Occasionally help out in the clinical parts of the practice assisting chair-side and turning of rooms over

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 22 per week
