Front Desk Coordinator- Pediatric Therapy Clinic

The Front Desk Coordinator position is multifaceted and requires someone with excellent multitasking skills. The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy taking initial calls from private clients, educating families on our programs, organizing, and working side by side with a highly skilled professional team!

Qualifications:

• Must possess wonderful interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with administrative work.
• Experience with scheduling and data input
• Must be available to work evening hours.

Preferred:

• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with insurance verification
• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Answer incoming calls and assist with intial inquiries or directing to the appropriate department/individual.
• Managing therapist schedules.
• Greet and welcome clients and families.
• Manage and update client electronic files.
• Assist therapists with various needs.
• Assists with administrative projects as needed.
• Take inventory of office supplies.
• Other administrative tasks as needed.
