WHAT IS THE JOB?
The Front Desk Clerk provides basic administrative support to our team members operating out of our Napa office. This position focuses on maintaining a presence at our Front Desk as well as providing general office support including database entry, operating a multi-line phone system, sorting and delivering mail, and other duties directed by our team.
The Front Desk Clerk is the ambassador for our Napa office as they'll be the first one to greet visitors, the first one to direct phone calls, and the first one to respond to general emails - the Front Desk Clerk is a representative for not just our Napa office but for our entire agency!
SCHEDULE
The Front Desk Clerk works Monday through Friday from 8:30a to 5p with a half hour lunch.
The rate of pay for this position is $18 per hour to $18.50 per hour.
LOCATION
This position operates out of our Napa office located at 935 Clinton Street, Napa CA 94559.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The Front Desk Clerk is an entry-level office position - we are looking for applicants with some clerical/office experience (filing, computer use, fax/phone/etc.) as well as an engaging and communicative personality!
We need an employee who is adept at using the Microsoft Suite of programs, which includes Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Aside from general computer programs the Front Desk Clerk will make use of our company database system (eRSP) and needs solid computer skills, organization skills, and top-notch alphabetization and filing skills to excel!
