A luxury hotel in Miami Beach, FL is looking for a highly qualified Front Office Manager to add to their team.
** MUST HAVE HOTEL EXPERIENCE **
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
- Strong writing skills for preparing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Aptitude for problem-solving, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions.
Requirements:
- Direct, implement, and maintain service standards in the Front Office.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible for training, recruiting, and daily inspection of the team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $70,100.00 per year
