Executive Personal Assistant and House Manager:
We are a dynamic, warm-hearted family of five with a friendly dog, seeking a highly specialized individual to join our household. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend the roles of Personal Assistant and House Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our home and supporting our personal and business needs with efficiency, friendliness, and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Household Management: Oversee daily operations, schedule maintenance, manage service vendors, and conduct inspections.
- Personal Assistance: Manage appointments, correspondence, and travel arrangements. Provide administrative support for personal and business matters.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, from intimate dinners to larger gatherings.
- Pet Care: Walk and care for our beloved dog, including arranging care during family travels.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adept at managing ambiguity.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record. Bilingual: Fluency in English (required) and Spanish (preferred).
