Front Desk Clerk

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments material pick up
- Assist with purchase documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading, and project coordination

Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in using office management software and tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
