Spring Hill Suites -Irvine is seeking dynamic and experiencedFront Desk Agent for our busy hotel! Compensation is based on experience. Must have open availability, including holidays and weekends.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Prioritize, organize, and resolve problems using good judgment
- Follow directions thoroughly
- Understand guest's service needs
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Work with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
Responsibilities for Front Desk Agent:
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
- Answer phones and place reservations
Qualifications for Front Desk Agent:
- Excellent communication and math skills
- Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
- OPERA PMS system knowledge a plus
- Strong eye for details
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service skills
