SalaryFront office associate in busy OB Gyn office- responsibilities include appointment scheduling, insurance verification, collection payments, answering phones, check in/out patients, close of day/payment posting. This job requires excellent phone and interpersonal skills, serve as interface between practice and patients. Outside billing service does all billing/insurance. work. Must be able to utilize ledger to answer basic patient billing/balance questions. Works closely with clinical staff to maintain accurate patient records- demographics, outside records, hospital notes. Hourly wage based on experience. We are looking for a highly motivated person to add to our team.
