Schedule:Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm (EST)
Job Description:
Reviewing and process DEA 222 forms within provided procedures and guidelines
Assess service level reporting and communicate impacted orders to customers, account managers, and other intersections
Interface directly with Sales, Pharma, and Regulatory as a strategic partner offering creative solutions to complex ordering issues
Utilize 222 Imaging Software and established procedures to process DEA 222 forms within the defined parameters
May be responsible for managing and logging customer/sales calls received through the controlled substance phone queue
Execute inventory support upon request including but not limited to returns, expedited deliveries, onetime special order requests, and substitute item suggestions
Assist with order tracking and report updates utilizing current system tools
Manage all purchasing tasks associated with controlled substance projects
Collaborate with key intersections in developing and implementing new processes as deemed necessary by management
Qualifications/Requirements
Microsoft Excel skills
2+ years of experience in Customer Service/call center
Ability to work independently with minimal Supervision
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of recent office/administrative experience
