Front Desk Associate

Raleigh Gynecology & Wellness is looking for a Front Desk Associate to serve as our patient's first and primary point of contact.

This position will be full-time (36 hours), M-Th 7:45am to 4:45pm and Fridays 7:45am to 12pm.

No weekends. If you have a knack for customer service and a go-getter personality, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking in/out patients
• Collect and record copays/account balances
• Welcome patients upon their arrival
• Provide information about our clinic and services
• Light housekeeping to ensure the lobby and patient areas are clean, tidy
• Assist administrative team with special tasks

Skills Preferred

• Ability to manage a high volume practice
• Professional attitude to communicate with patients and other team members
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer service attitude
• Experience with Microsoft Office and answering emails with proper grammar
• Ability to keep up with multiple tasks
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Starting salary: $17.00 per hour
