Front Desk Associate - Full Time (A)

Job Description:

Massage On Wheels & Asheville Massage & Bodywork is a well established massage spa in Asheville looking for a new Front Desk Associate who is professional, outgoing, motivated and seeking a position in the health & wellness industry.

Description: The Front Desk is responsible for booking appointments, meeting sales goals, staff support, customer serviceability , and various administration tasks.

Responsibilities:
-Managing the Front Desk and reception area.
-Answering phone calls & professionally booking appointments accurately.
-Greeting guests warmly upon arrival. Offering guests with a complimentary beverage.
-Supporting staff & coordinating massage therapist schedules.
-Maintaining complete and accurate data entry of client records
-Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming office environment

Assigned Shifts:

Monday: 2:30pm-9:00pm

Tuesday: 2:30pm-9:00pm

Wednesday: 2:30pm-9:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am-2:30pm

Sunday: 8:00am-2:30pm

Requirements:
-Must have at least one year of sales or customer service experience.
-Must be available to work at least 32 hours per week.
-Associates degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
-Candidates must be available to work some nights and some weekends.
Benefits:
-Paid Training (First 30-90 Days) $19/hr & Competitive hourly pay $20-$22/hr with a .50 raise every 3 months based on performance. (Employee W-2)
