Your Role:

• Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Manage appointments and assist with client inquiries
• Answer phone calls and provide top-notch customer service
• Ensure a smooth and welcoming Front Desk experience
• Assist in administrative tasks to keep things running seamlessly
• Assist in tasks throughout the spa to help support the team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills
• Enthusiastic about the beauty and wellness industry

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
