```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage the Front Desk area, including keeping it clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist office manager with ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
- Provide information about the organization, services, and amenities to guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, printing, scanning, and faxing
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in a medical office or dental receptionist role is preferred but not required
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, including maintaining records and handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous clerical or Front Desk experience is desirable
