Responsibilities:

• Safely operate our state-of-the-art moving trucks, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and maintaining a clean driving record.
• Coordinate with the moving team to load and unload household goods, treating items with care and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Protect and secure belongings during transport, utilizing proper packing techniques, padding, and strapping as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute efficient moving strategies, optimizing time and resources.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation related to moving inventory, contracts, and customer information.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism, respect, and integrity while representing Central Coast Moving & Storage.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrating your ability to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Timely & trustworthy
• Transportation to and from work
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items, maneuver stairs, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and address customer concerns.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude that contributes to a supportive team dynamic.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate our customers' moving needs.
