Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Greet guests and check them in/out of the hotel
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with guest requests, such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing local information
- Operate the Front Desk and handle all incoming calls, messages, and emails
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and Front Desk procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management
- Multilingual skills are a bonus for effective communication with international guests
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
