Job Summary: Spa Southern Hills is seeking a versatile individual to fill its Desk Staff position. This position is multifaceted and involves serving 2 primary roles at different times; Spa Coordinator and Front Desk Associate.
Spa Coordinator: The Spa Coordinator serves as the main line of communication for Front Desk staff, clients, and massage therapists. Spa Coordinators inform massage therapists of their itinerary, communicate and assist clients in the relaxation areas, keep tabs on the flow at the Front Desk to ensure clients are on time and being catered to, and ensure that therapists have the tools they need to perform their job with excellence.
Front Desk Associate: As the face of the organization, Front Desk Associates are responsible for the greeting and farewell of our clients, ensuring the totality of their experience met expectations, and amending the situation as needed if it did not. Front Desk Associates respond to email and social media inquiries, while also receiving phone calls and scheduling appointments.

- Full Time: The ability to work 35-40 hours a week, including 3 weekends/month
- Part Time: The ability to work 15-25 hours a week, including 3 weekends/month
Experience in the spa industry is nice, but not a prerequisite. The hourly wage for this position varies based on a variety of factors with starting pay between $13-$17/hr.
