Supports Fleet Management with planning and executing (including but not limited to) many facets of the configuration control program, lifecycle program, data compilation, manual updates, and database administration. Additionally, provides assistance to Flight Data Manager during high fluxes of workflow through the FDM department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and executing projects chartered within Fleet Management
- Assists platform managers with day-to-day requirements of various projects, data entry, schedule updates, etc.
- Assists Flight Data Manager with data entry, data analysis, report creation, etc.
- Develop and distribute various reports, routers, dashboards or other project information as assigned.
- Clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by Director of Fleet Management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: -
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5 years of experience in aircraft logistics, maintenance, manufacturing, or another technical role
- Knowledge and experience working within quality management systems.
- Experience with process-based problem solving is preferred.
- Experience in the operational needs of a 107, 234, and 47D is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with team members to compile and deliver information.
- Preferred experience with an electronic file maintenance and tracking system.
- Required to read, write and speak English proficiently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented setting on various projects with multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast past environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn additional customized computer programs and software; requires intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as a U.S. Person.
