REPORTS TO: CORPORATE FLEET MANAGER

LOCATION: REMOTE
POSITION SUMMARY: This position will primarily be responsible to support the Corporate Fleet Manager in acquisition and disposal of company assets. Administrates vehicle registration, fuel cards, logistics and maintenance requirements. Ensure the fleet data (vehicle records and driver records) is accurate in the fleet management system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains Master List of all vehicles, trailers and equipment in fleet management system.
- Coordinates all aspects of registration renewals, licensing and titling of vehicles with OpCos and fleet management provider.
- Coordinates company’s fuel card system. Requests additional/replacement fuel cards and validates data base accuracy.
- Processes vehicle status changes as appropriate, to include driver updates, departmental changes, Out-of-Service or Sold status, etc.
- Communicates vehicle maintenance schedule and ensures compliance measures are taken.
- Assists Safety as needed with insurance claims dealing with vehicle/equipment damage. Follow up with status in system.
- Assist with Reporting – schedule to be determined by type of report and need.
- Backup approver for Maintenance POs when needed.
- High School Education or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years work related experience is required. Experience with Fleet Management responsibilities and/or accounting skills a plus.
- Sensitive to confidential information.
- Computer literate. Advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.

- Solid understanding that Fleet is a support function and is to assist the OpCos in being successful.
