Job Summary:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a fleet inventory of all vehicles owned by the company, including their make and model, purchase date, current mileage, and any outstanding repairs that need to be made.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to file claims for damaged vehicles.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to arrange for payment for services rendered.
- Monitors, records, and reports non-conforming drivers against IES Fleet Policy.
- Effectively coordinates fleet requests for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Manages fleet shared inbox.
- Maintains, audits, and revises vehicle information and records within company database.
- Orders and tracks safety kits material and decals.
- Conducts monthly audits to ensure fleet information under each department is up to date.
- Assist with monthly invoicing and expense reports.
- Assists Fleet Manager with monthly KPI reports.
- Providing back-up for vehicle maintenance approvals
- Assist with vehicle purchases and replacements.
- Assist with process improvement.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Min: USD $23.00/Hr. Max: USD $28.00/Hr. Minimum Education: High School Minimum Years of Experience: 2-4 Specific Qualifications:

- Is self-motivated, positive in approach, and professional in all forms of communications.
- Self-manages assigned workload distribution.
- Able to preserve confidential information; self-sufficient problem solver; work with little or no supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Can travel within branch territory and/or regional territory as needed.
- Regular attendance is required.
Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:
- Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
- Previous experience in fleet management or a related field (3 yrs minimum).
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skill
