Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Interact with drivers in person to gather necessary information.
Take pictures of materials and seal trailers.
Perform data input tasks using basic office software.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with general office duties as needed.
Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other personnel.
Handle inquiries and provide information in a professional manner.
Support office staff with administrative tasks.
Working hours: 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Skills:
Previous experience in an office or administrative role.
Knowledge of logistics or transportation industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
Communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Attention to detail for accurate data input and record-keeping.
