Shift and Pay:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, $20/hr
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and forward them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Greet and direct customers as they enter the office.
Provide basic information to callers and visitors.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous Experience in an Administrative or Front Desk Role:
While not mandatory, having prior experience will help the candidate be more efficient and require less training.
