As a financial specialist you will interact with team members and clients on a daily basis making a real impact. This role is a for highly detail oriented, self-motivated individual with strong mathematical skills. You must have an excellent attitude and love to bring new ideas and problem solving to a great working environment. Previous QuickBooks experience is required.

Job Duties Include:

Paying drivers

QuickBooks

Accounts payable and receivables

Invoicing

Journal entries

Account reconciliation

Running QB reports

Analyzing data for profit maximization

Physical yard inventory

Directing client and driver calls
