Salary### Overview:
We are seeking a community focused Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our award winning team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payment collection, data entry and membership organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.
### Duties:
- Process Accounts Receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling discrepancies
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records of all Memberships.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any customer concerns related to Accounts Receivable
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and reconciling accounts
### Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and tactfully
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and 10-key typing is preferred
