Field Accounts Payable Specialist
What Do You Offer Us?
- Update and Maintain AP log for Vendor invoices.
- Volume of 400-600 invoices per month.
- Enter vendor tickets received from field into log.
- Clear open items once invoices are received with actual invoice amount.
- Contact Vendor to ensure timely issuance of invoices and proper supporting documentation.
- Determine Reimbursement status of invoices received.
- Review and Approve invoices in the AP system for payment and proper coding.
- Correct coding as needed provide information to ensure proper invoicing of reimbursable expenses to customers.
- Maintain open AP in system to ensure approval within 10 days of invoice entry.
- Work with Biller to provide correct information to invoice to customer.
- Weekly submission of Prior week AP log to FP&A on Tuesdays by end of the day.
- Fast Paced environment with High Volume and Overtime hours anticipated.
- General administrative duties, other tasks as assigned by Management.

What is Required?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Heavy AP background
- Possess high level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to work in a construction environment with field and office personnel present
- Good writing and editing skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency or above in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Specifically MS Excel, pivot tables and graphs
- Knowledge of general office machines/phones
- Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks
