Job Description:
We are searching for a talented, driven, and exceptionally motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team. We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can take concepts and ideas and produce visual representations by hand or using design software.
Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets that result in conversions
- Produce design assets for use in email, social media, paid ads, and other marketing channels.
- Work with the team in implementing and maintaining brand intent, design quality, and business objectives to strengthen the Befitting and SVS Vision brands
- Create/update templates including paid ads, social posts for improved conversion.
- Utilize and interpret design guidelines and brand standards.
- Collaborate with Lead Graphic Designer, UI, marketing, development, and other teams.
- Maintaining and updating our website graphics and visuals
- Develop professional knowledge of Befitting and SVS Vision brand, culture and processes acting as brand custodian for all identity assets.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings related to assigned projects and marketing campaigns and projects
- Stay up to date with current design trends.
- Manage and work with Brand Team to keep files and image library organized.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or college diploma in a related field
- 3+ years working in-house or agency side as a web Graphic Designer
- Advanced/expert knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience in designing for the web, specifically e-commerce websites.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or the Google equivalent.
- A modern design aesthetic current with creative trends
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidate must supply an online portfolio of work with examples of web pages (e-commerce preferred), email campaigns, banner ads, social media content and other art created for digital use
Additional Requirements & Skills:
- Assist in creating video content and editing videos for various platforms (social platforms, video presentation
- Knowledge in Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress but bonus points for Magento knowledge) is a plus.
- Familiarity of Magento 2, Figma, scrum framework, Jira application is a plus
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles (SEO).
