As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be creating dynamic and compelling website designs for our clients. Designing wireframes and proofs for client homepages and inner pages. Also, the creation of logos and branding materials per our client's needs. Our designers work closely with the development team to move projects from design to build to final launch. A successful candidate will have an eye for beauty and understanding of the aspects needed to design a beautiful website.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and produce website designs and logos for clients.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding their design direction and deliverables.
- Ensure all assets are consistent with clients' guidelines, mission, and vision.
- Continually improve your own design skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency using WordPress is preferred.
- Experience designing church and school websites is preferred.
- Familiarity with Catholic Church culture and traditions is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Ability to create/update graphics and designs with minimal support.
- Problem solver with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Above average level of verbal and written communication. With the ability to demonstrate a “customer first” attitude at all times.
