Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Fast Track Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead the expansion and growth of our Car Wash business in Old Greenwich, CT, to establish 10-20 locations within the next 5-10 years. The Opportunity:
As the Interim COO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, from expansion and finance to HR and culture development. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our company, setting the standard for future locations and ensuring that our vision and mission are lived throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategic plans for growth expansion and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain systems, SOPs, and infrastructure to support company-wide operations.
- Hire, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Take ownership of P&L, conduct monthly KPI analysis, and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate closely with executives and partners to drive success and meet business objectives.
- Uphold a people-centric approach, prioritizing the well-being and development of our team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of high-level leadership experience in high-volume businesses, preferably in the Car Wash industry.
- Previous experience building a single store/wash into more locations.
- Previous Multi-Unit experience in C-Stores, Gas Stations, High Volume QSR Management
- Proven track record of thoughtful decision-making and efficient operations management.
- Flexibility to adopt successful strategies and execute plans for growth and quality improvement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, fiduciary responsibility, and ethical business practices.
- Passion for innovation, change management, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
