We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Our Inside Sales Representatives, qualify and enroll prospective clients into our debt resolution program. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional, capable of closing new candidates in a fast-paced environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will attend paid training and will be provided with the knowledge you need, to groom your success, and help advance your career. Responsibilities:
- Work with warm interested prospective clients, NO COLD CALLING.
- Qualify and enroll prospective clients into our Law Firm Debt Resolution Program.
- Answer incoming calls and emails from prospective clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Follow up and schedule appointments from our streamlined CRM pipeline to maximize consulting opportunities in a timely manner.
- Meet daily metrics and monthly targets.
Qualifications:
- 2 years required, 3 years preferred years of sales experience
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed quotas and targets.
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, positive work environment.
- Superior organization and time management skills.
- Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Competitive Pay Structure:
$38,480 to $100,000 on average per year, uncapped
Hours:
11:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Fridays
