SalaryChantilly Dental Center is looking for a part-time or a full-time receptionist to start immediately. Candidate must have reliable transportation for consideration. No experience is necessary - will train the right candidate. We would prefer someone who is able to translate dental treatments to patients in Spanish.
Basic job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling patients
- Create/present treatment plans
- Working with insurance companies
- Submitting patient claims
- Ordering office supplies
- Answering phone calls
- Coordinating with referral offices
- Training new candidates
- Many other administrative responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Experience with medical/Dental Office operations
- Proficiency in English is required (Spanish is a plus)
- Experience with Windows 10
