Salary $110-115k/year DOE
Responsibilities:
-Supervise and lead the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship
-Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, compliance and accounts receivable
-Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
-Develop and monitor budgets for properties under management, ensuring financial goals are met
Manage cash flow and maintain accurate financial records
-Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making
-Collaborate with property managers and executives to optimize financial performance
-Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
-Work closely with auditors during financial audits and tax filings
-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management accounting

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
-Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
-Strong knowledge of property management accounting principles
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Effective communication and leadership abilities
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
-Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management accounting
