Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in person and over the phone
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist preferred
- Proficient in using Dental Office software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar systems
- Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, Great at multi-tasking
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage appointment scheduling and patient records accurately

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
