Dental Office Front Desk/Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk/Receptionist for a busy Dental Office to start ASAP in Midlothian, Virginia!

Job duties are as follows:

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Maintain the front desk and answer incoming phone calls
• Be able to work independently and have strong problem solving skills
• Background in dental insurance: benefit verification, processing claims/pre-treatments, ability to interpret EOBs to properly post payments to patient accounts.
• Securing financial arrangements to meet the needs of both patient and practice.

• Team player
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a fast pace environment is needed.
• Scheduling patients efficiently

• Meeting production and collection goals

• Dependable and reliable
• Previous experience with Dentrix
• Other job duties as requested

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
