Dental Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

We are looking for a friendly and passionate front desk receptionist to join our private dental practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing processes
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical information
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality
- Assist with dental office administrative tasks as needed

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting
- Proficiency in dental software systems (Dentrix or OpenDental)
- Knowledge of medical records management and scheduling procedures
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including phone systems and appointment scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
