Overview: The Executive/HR Assistant assists the Human Resources Coordinator with basic administrative functions. The primary role in HR administration and executive aid with an emphasis on efficiency, organization, and attention to detail.
Essential Functions:
1. Works directly and effectively with the HR Coordinator in daily administration and operation of HR functions for TM Camping (employee file management, payroll processing, benefits administration, workers compensation reporting, etc.)
2. Scheduling, planning, and facilitating recruiting and hiring events
3. Manage, track, and communicate documents needed in the hiring and onboarding process
4. Assist with special projects (booking flights, event planning, donor recognition, etc.)
Additional Functions:
1. Assist HR Coordinator with monthly donor newsletter, thank you cards, acknowledgement notes, and other development functions
2. Assist with office needs (copies, filing, faxes, data entry, etc.)
3. Assist with inventory and ordering of printed donor supplies
4. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

1. Moderate computer skills in Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and database (Salesforce)
2. Excellent communication/writing skills with an emphasis on accuracy
3. Organizational and administrative skills
4. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently
5. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, meeting required deadlines
Qualifications:
1. Godly, Christian character, integrity, and adaptability
2. Minimum of High school diploma, college degree preferred
3. Minimum 2 years of professional, administrative experience (HR experience preferred)
4. Ability to work independently or remotely with high integrity (hours and responsibilities)
5. Agreement with TP statement of faith, mission and values, and employee handbook.
Physical Requirements
1. Abilities sufficient to carry out the essential functions of the job - to include leaning, bending over, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, squatting, lifting, carrying, holding, and moving objects
2. Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
3. Must be able to lift, hold, carry a minimum of 50 pounds
4. Valid CA Driver's License
