Executive/ HR Assistant "Please read Description."

1- Part Time- M- 8:00 am-12:00 pm W-1:00 pm-5:00 pm F- 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm

Executive/ HR Assistant- $17.00-$20.00 (must be bilingual, English and Spanish, able to read and write documents in both languages).

• Advanced Excel and computer system use

• Advanced in use of Apple products/ functions (laptop, phone computer)

• Attention to detail

• Preparation of documents

• Schedule and lead meetings (include meeting minutes)

• Host high energy events (you’re an executer over delivering expectations)

• Network with Vendors and Partnerships

• Assist with creating, updating and maintaining templates and forms

• Employee relations reports/ documentation/ investigations/ verbal's/ write ups

• Complete any tasks requested by Executive staff
